About Maggie Liu

Thank you for visiting my website. My Chinese name is Xiu Min Liu but you can call me Maggie.

I`m an experienced business interpreter, translator, business consultant and business coordinator, specialising in the Import and Export business and tour management.  As a local Chinese girl, I enjoy meeting and working with people from all over the world.  I have 7 years experience in helping people from overseas successfully conduct business in China as well as showing them many great places to visit.

Over the past 7 years I have built a highly skilled team of interpreters, business advisers, product sourcing specialists, shipping specialists and tourist guides.  If I can’t help you with something then I will know somebody who can through my extensive network of contacts!

Formal Qualifications:

I have a Bachelor Degree in Business English and Foreign Trade. I am fluent in English and Mandarin for both oral and written translations.

I’m also a qualified Mandarin and English teacher and worked as a teacher for 3 years after graduating from college.

Business Expertise

With over 7 years’ experience as a business interpreter & translator I have been involved in a wide range of tasks ranging from private companies sourcing products to representing clients at international conferences and to government meetings. I have had the honor of meeting many celebrities and foreign dignitaries including the President of the Czech Republic.

As your business assistant I will stand by your side and be the representative of your company in China.  With my translation and business skills I will be a key resource in your companies dealings in China.

Tourism Expertise

I have over 7 years’ experience as a tour guide and interpreter. I really enjoy meeting travelers and helping them with their travel arrangements. This includes booking accommodation, plane and train tickets, airport transfers etc. I can also prepare itineraries from a one day sightseeing trip to a large group over many days. I can show you both the popular tourist areas and take you to see the real China.
